Statutory Benefits

HR America provides workers’ compensation insurance and unemployment insurance through
the co-employment arrangement.

Most of the burdens associated with the administration of these mandatory benefit plans are shifted to HR America. Additionally, the premiums are very competitive with the large group.

Workers’ Compensation:
• Annual audit is HR America’s responsibility.
• After first report of injury, HR America provides claims management.
• OSHA and safety program support is provided.

Unemployment Insurance:
• Initial notice of claim is sent directly to HR America.
• Claim process is administered by HR America.

Coverage on these statutory benefit plans are not available through HR America on a stand-alone basis. However, related support/consultation services can be individually delivered.
